In order to help our clients to budget for their trips we offer the added benefit of a flexible payment plan with a low deposit of as little as £50 on certain bookings made on certain flights with certain carriers as shown below. These tend to be what we call “contracted fares” as opposed to “published” or “public” fares, where the airline dictates the ticketing deadline and hence the payment deadline.

Please note that this flexible payment plan is also available on those bookings made on the telephone or in person at our South London offices

Carriers and destinations

Our low deposit payment option is available only on the following “contracted fare” flights :

Virgin Atlantic to the Caribbean 
(Barbados, Tobago, Grenada, St.Lucia, Antigua, Montego Bay, connecting services with LIAT to Georgetown, St.Vincent, Dominica, and other Windward Islands only)

Virgin Atlantic to Brazil 
Sao Paulo, Goiania, Rio de Janiero, Curibita, Belo Horizonte, Manaus, Porto Alegre, Salvador, Recife, Fortaleza, Brasilia 

British Airways to the Caribbean
(Barbados, Tobago, Grenada, St.Lucia, Antigua, Kingston and Port of Spain only)

Caribbean Airlines 
Georgetown, Port of Spain and Paramaribo only.

We are unable to offer the payment plan on other airlines or to other destinations.

How the customer payment plan works

A deposit of £50 per seat booked needs to be paid at the time of booking .
(Adults and children only, not infants as they do not occupy a seat).
We also require the following:

  • name and email address to send the reminder of the due date*
  • telephone number
  • payment card details for the balance payment.

On the balance payment due date

The balance of the total fare is due seven weeks prior to departure. We will send a payment reminder to the client approximately two weeks before the due date. We will process the balance payment on the due date using the card data provided, unless the client wishes to make other arrangements as shown below.

Paying the balance in instalments or with more than one payment type

Please note that if clients wish to pay the balance in a different way from that shown above then it is the client’s responsibility to inform Club Caribbee before the payment due date. We will happily take other forms of payment or payment from more than one cardholder, however this has to be done at least one week before the due date.

Clients can make interim payments anytime after they have paid the deposit and prior to the seven week deadline.
