US border opening

After 18 months of being closed to non-citizens and holiday-makers and following the opening of the Canadian border, the US border is set to open sometime in November. The exact opening date is yet to be announced and as such we are not currently selling tickets to the US until we have confirmed dates to travel from the US government.

The opening is however subject to restrictions. Only American citizens, permanent residents and immediate family members and certain visa holders are currently allowed to enter the country and once the border is open, fully vaccinated individuals will be permitted into the country.

Visitors from the UK will also be required to provide 3 pieces of information upon arrival: proof of vaccinations, proof of a negative COVID test within 3 days of travelling and their contact information.

Furthermore, after much deliberation about the AstraZeneca vaccine, it is set to be an approved vaccine for entering the USA.
