Advice and Delivery

Electronic Tickets, receipts, ATOL certificates and other travel documents will be sent by email.

If you do not have an email address you may collect a paper copy of the documents from our office.

On rare occasions we may post documents for which you may be requested to pay the postage.

We use our best endeavours to give you correct information, however we strongly recommend that you always check written confirmation invoice for the full cost of your travel arrangements and accuracy. There will inevitably be restrictions of one sort or another and this information is contained in the terms and conditions on your confirmation invoice or receipt.

You are required to only use the first and last names in your passport to book your travel arrangements with us.

You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance for the journey you propose to take.

All online payments are secure and are scrutinised for fraudulent activity, any bookings that are thought to be fraudulent will not be processed, and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
